(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ زَرَعَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهَا ، فَلَهُ نَفَقَتُهُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو كَامِلٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : " وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever cultivates a crop in someone else's land without the owner's permission, he will get his expenses but will not get anything from the crop.
