(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: The hand will be cut off for stealing fruit while it is still on the tree.
