(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ جَارِيَةً لَهُمْ سَوْدَاءَ ذَكَّتْ شَاةً لَهُمْ بِمَرْوَةٍ ، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ ، " فَأَمَرَهُ بِأَكْلِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that he had a black slave girl who slaughtered a goat with a striped stone. Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the ruling of that goat, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted him to eat it.
