(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي السَّائِبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ نَمِرٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا عَدْوَى , وَلَا صَفَرَ , وَلَا هَامَةَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa’ib bin Yazid that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No disease is contagious, the month of Safar is not unlucky, and there is no reality to a worm coming out of a dead person’s skull.
