(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ , أَنَّ شُرَيْحًا الْحَضْرَمِيّ , قَالَ : ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ : " ذَاكَ رَجُلٌ لَا يَتَوَسَّدُ الْقُرْآنَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'ib bin Yazid that once Shuraih Hadhrami was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet (ﷺ), so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: He is a man who does not use the Qur'an as a pillow.
