(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ وَحُسَيْنٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَبِيعَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَتْ عَلَيْهِ طَاعَةٌ ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً ، فَإِنْ خَلَعَهَا مِنْ بَعْدِ عَقْدِهَا فِي عُنُقِهِ ، لَقِيَ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَلَيْسَتْ لَهُ حُجَّةٌ , أَلَا لَا يَخْلُوَنَّ رَجُلٌ بِامْرَأَةٍ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ ، فَإِنَّ ثَالِثَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ ، إِلَّا مَحْرَمٍ ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ مَعَ الْوَاحِدِ ، وَهُوَ مِنَ الِاثْنَيْنِ أَبْعَدُ ، مَنْ سَاءَتْهُ سَيِّئَتُهُ ، وَسَرَّتْهُ حَسَنَتُهُ ، فَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " , قَالَ حُسَيْنٌ : " بَعْدَ عَقْدِهِ إِيَّاهَا فِي عُنُقِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Amir that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever dies in such a state that he has no pledge of obedience upon him and dies, he dies the death of ignorance. And if, after making a pledge of obedience, he throws it off from his neck, then Allah will meet him in such a state that he will have no proof with him. Beware! No man should sit in seclusion with a non-mahram woman, for the third among them is Satan, except if she is a mahram, because Satan is with one and stays away from two. Whoever feels displeased with his sin and happy with his good deed, then he is a believer.
