(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا صَلَّى عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ صَلَاةً إِلَّا صَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ مَا دَامَ يُصَلِّي عَلَيَّ ، فَلْيُقِلَّ عَبْدٌ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَوْ لِيُكْثِرْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna 'Amir bin Rabi'ah that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying during a sermon: Whoever sends blessings upon me, as long as he continues to send blessings upon me, the angels will continue to send blessings upon him. Now it is up to a person whether he sends few or many blessings.
