(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَسْتَاكُ مَا لَا أَعُدُّ , وَلَا أُحْصِي وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna 'Amir that I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) using the miswak while fasting so many times that I cannot count.
