(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ حَيْثُ تَوَجَّهَتْ بِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna 'Amir that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) during a journey, offering voluntary prayers at night on his mount, regardless of which direction the mount was facing.
