(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ خَيْرِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَفْضُلُ الذِّكْرُ عَلَى النَّفَقَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى بِسَبْعِ مِائَةِ أَلْفِ ضِعْفٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Being engaged in the remembrance of Allah is seven hundred thousand degrees higher than giving charity.
