(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَبَّانُ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ كَانَ صَائِمًا ، وَعَادَ مَرِيضًا ، وَشَهِدَ جَنَازَةً ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مِنْ بَأْسٍ , إِلَّا أَنْ يُحْدِثَ مِنْ بَعْدُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever, while fasting, visits a sick person and attends a funeral, his sins will be forgiven except if he commits a new sin thereafter.
