(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا يَقُولُ : كَانَ السَّائِبُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّائِبِ الْعَابِدِيُّ شَرِيكَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ ، قَالَ فَجَاءَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ، فَقَالَ : " بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي , لَا تُدَارِي وَلَا تُمَارِي " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'ib, who was a business partner in the time of ignorance, that he said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the day of the conquest of Makkah: "May my parents be sacrificed for you, you neither used to quarrel nor dispute."
