(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ ، قَالَ : " دَبَبْتُ إِلَى قِدْرٍ وَهِيَ تَغْلِي ، فَأَدْخَلْتُ يَدِي فِيهَا ، فَاحْتَرَقَتْ ، أَوْ قَالَ فَوَرِمَتْ يَدِي ، فَذَهَبَتْ بِي أُمِّي إِلَى رَجُلٍ كَانَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ ، فَقَالَ شَيْئًا ، وَنَفَثَ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي إِمْرَةِ عُثْمَانَ ، قُلْتُ لِأُمِّي : مَنْ كَانَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ ؟ قَالَتْ : رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
Muhammad bin Hatib says that once I walked on my feet to a pot that was boiling. I put my hand in it, and it became swollen or burned. My mother took me to a man who was at the place of Batha. He recited something and blew on my hand. During the caliphate of Sayyiduna Uthman, I asked my mother who that man was. She told me that he was the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
