حَدَّثَنَا
هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا
حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنِ
الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ : " وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ خَطَإِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا وَالْحَجَرِ مِئَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ ، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا ، فَمَنْ ازْدَادَ بَعِيرًا ، فَهُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ " .
The previous hadith is narrated through this second chain with almost the same wording, except that in this the details of the hundred camels are as follows: three Hiqqahs, three Jadh’ahs, thirty Bint Laboon, and forty pregnant she-camels will be obligatory, which will be able to give birth in the coming year.
