Abu Zubair says that I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the circumambulation (tawaf) of the Ka'bah: so he said: We used to touch the first and last corner while performing tawaf. After the Fajr prayer until sunrise and after the Asr prayer until sunset, we did not perform tawaf. And I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: The sun rises between the horns of Satan.
