Hadith 15199

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اللَّهُمَّ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ سَبَبْتُهُ , أَوْ لَعَنْتُهُ , أَوْ جَلَدْتُهُ , فَاجْعَلْهَا لَهُ زَكَاةً وَأَجْرًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah, for any Muslim about whom harsh words come out from my mouth, make it a means of purification and reward for him.
