Abu al-Zubair says that I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) whether the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) carried out stoning (rajm)? He replied: Yes, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned a man from the tribe of Aslam, a Jewish man, and a woman. And he said to the Jew: Today we will judge you.
