Hadith 15096

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ , عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ , عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : " كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَغْرِبَ , ثُمَّ نَأْتِي بَنِي سَلِمَةَ وَنَحْنُ نُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that we used to perform the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and then return to our homes, which were at a distance of one mile, and we could still see the place where an arrow would fall.
