(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ سَعْدٍ , عَنْ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الطَّاعُونِ : " إِذَا وَقَعَ بِأَرْضٍ فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا ، وَإِذَا كُنْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَفِرُّوا مِنْهُ " , قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : وَحَدَّثَنِي هِشَامٌ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَنَّهُ عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ L5699 .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said regarding the plague: "Do not go to a place where this epidemic has spread, and if you are in a place and this epidemic spreads there, then do not leave from there."
