(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ ، مَا لَمْ تُقْسَمْ أَوْ يُوقَفْ حُدُودُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) established the right of pre-emption in every property until it is divided or boundaries are set.
