It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a group in the mosque who had drawn swords and were exchanging them with each other without sheathing them. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Did I not strictly forbid you from doing this? When you draw swords, give them to each other only after sheathing them.
