Hadith 14977

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْيَهُودَ ، حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ شُحُومُهَا ، فَأَكَلُوا أَثْمَانَهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: May Allah's curse be upon the Jews. When Allah made fat unlawful for them, they melted it, sold it, and began to consume its price.
