(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ : جَمَعَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَوَيْهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ .
Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of the Battle of Uhud, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) combined his parents for me (i.e., he said to me, “May my father and mother be sacrificed for you”).
