Hadith 14917

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، قَالَ : سَأَلَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَطَاءً ، وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَكَ جَابِرٌ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى أَنْ يُنْبَذَ الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ جَمِيعًا ، وَالزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ جَمِيعًا " ؟ ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ : نَعَمْ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making nabidh by mixing unripe and ripe dates, raisins and dates together.
