Hadith 14911

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَحْسَبُهُ الْحَسَنَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا أُعْفِي مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I will not forgive the person who kills the murderer after accepting blood money.
