Hadith 14876

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of Muhaqalah, Muzabanah, and the sale of fruits on lease for several years, but he permitted that a person may give his garden as a loan to a poor person. Benefit: For these jurisprudential terms, refer to the books of Fiqh.
