(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى ، وَحَسَنٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، قَالَ حَسَنٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ جَابِرًا عَنْ مِيثَرَةِ الْأُرْجُوَانِ ، فَقَالَ جَابِرٌ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا أَرْكَبُهَا ، وَلَا أَلْبَسُ قَمِيصًا مَكْفُوفًا بِحَرِيرٍ ، وَلَا أَلْبَسُ الْقَسِّيَّ " .
Abu Az-Zubair says that I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the red saddle: so he informed that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I do not ride on it, and I do not wear a shirt whose cuffs are of silk, nor do I wear silk clothing.
