It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the companions were participating in a jihad between Makkah and Madinah when suddenly a strong wind blew. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "This is a sign of the death of a hypocrite." So when we reached Madinah Munawwarah, we found out that indeed a great hypocrite had died.
