Hadith 14725

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " لَا يَمْرَضُ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٌ ، وَلَا مُسْلِمٌ وَلَا مُسْلِمَةٌ ، إِلَّا حَطَّ اللَّهُ بِهَا عَنْهُ خَطِيئَتُهٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: When any believing man or woman, or any Muslim man or woman falls ill, Allah forgives his or her sins.
