Hadith 14714

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ حَسَنٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا ، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar and grant safety to the tribe of Aslam.
