(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ , وَسَعْدٌ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ سَعْدٌ عن إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ , يَقُولُ : لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ ، رَجُلَيْنِ عَلَيْهِمَا ثِيَابٌ بِيضٌ يُقَاتِلَانِ عَنْهُ كَأَشَدِّ الْقِتَالِ ، مَا رَأَيْتُهُمَا قَبْلُ وَلَا بَعْدُ .
Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of the Battle of Uhud, I saw two men on the right and left of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who were wearing white clothes and were fighting very fiercely. I had never seen them before nor after that.
