(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمَجَالِسُ بِالْأَمَانَةِ ، إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةَ مَجَالِسَ : مَجْلِسٌ يُسْفَكُ فِيهِ دَمٌ حَرَامٌ ، وَمَجْلِسٌ يُسْتَحَلُّ فِيهِ فَرْجٌ حَرَامٌ ، وَمَجْلِسٌ يُسْتَحَلُّ فِيهِ مَالٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَقٍّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Gatherings are to be maintained with trust except for three types of gatherings: one is the gathering in which unjust blood is shed, the second is the gathering in which the honor of a chaste person is violated, and the third is the gathering in which someone's wealth is unjustly seized and considered lawful for oneself.
