It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "Tell me, if I fight in the way of Allah with my life and wealth, remaining steadfast, seeking reward, advancing forward and not turning my back, and I am martyred, will I enter Paradise?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes!" He repeated this two or three times, and the third time the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, provided you die in such a state that you have some debt and you have nothing with which to pay it."
