(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا
ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي
أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ
جَابِرٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ : " كُنَّا نَبِيعُ سَرَارِيَّنَا وَأُمَّهَاتِ أَوْلَادِنَا ، وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِينَا حَيٌّ ، لَا نَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that we used to sell those slave women of ours who were mothers of our children, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was alive at that time; he did not see any harm in it.
