Hadith 14411

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ ، إِلَّا الْكَلْبَ الْمُعَلَّمَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of the price of every dog except a trained dog.
