Hadith 14398

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَاقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ سَبْعِينَ بَدَنَةً ، قَالَ : فَنَحَرَ الْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took seventy camels with him in the year of Hudaybiyyah, and one camel was sacrificed on behalf of seven people.
