Hadith 14324

(حديث مرفوع) قَالَ : وَجَدْتُ فِي كِتَابِ أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُجَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ مَجْرَى الدَّمِ " ، قُلْنَا : وَمِنْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " وَمِنِّي ، وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ فَأَسْلَمَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to us: Do not go to a woman whose husband is absent, because Satan runs in the human body like blood. We asked: O Messenger of Allah! Even in your body? He said: "Yes, but Allah has helped me against him and he has become submissive."
