Hadith 14320

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ مَكِّيّ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ ، وَوَضَعَ الْجَوَائِحَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits on contract for several years and from causing harm to the buyer.
