Hadith 14292

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَيُّكُمْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَوْ نَخْلٌ ، فَلَا يَبِيعُهَا حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever among you has land or a garden, he should not sell it to anyone else without first offering it to his partner."
