Hadith 14203

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَوَشِّحًا بِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in a single garment.
