It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal, while leading the people in the Fajr prayer, began reciting Surah Al-Baqarah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him twice: "Mu'adh, do you want to put the people to trial?"
