(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ أَنَّهُ : " لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تُمْطِرَ السَّمَاءُ وَلَا تُنْبِتَ الْأَرْضُ ، وَحَتَّى يَكُونَ لِخَمْسِينَ امْرَأَةً الْقَيِّمُ الْوَاحِدُ ، وَحَتَّى أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ لَتَمُرُّ بِالْنَّعْلِ فَتَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا ، فَتَقُولُ : لَقَدْ كَانَ لِهَذِهِ مَرَّةً رَجُلٌ " ، ذَكَرَهُ حَمَّادٌ مَرَّةً هَكَذَا ، وَقَدْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، لَا يَشُكُّ فِيهِ ، وَقَدْ قَالَ أَيْضًا عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فِيمَا يَحْسِبُ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that we used to talk among ourselves that the Day of Judgment will not be established until it happens that rain will fall from the sky but the earth will not produce crops, and fifty women will be under the responsibility of only one man, and a woman will pass by her husband and he, looking at her, will say: "Did this woman ever have a husband?"
