Hadith 13955

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، كَانَ يَقُولُ : " اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ الْخَيْرَ خَيْرُ الْآخِرَهْ " ، أَوْ قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ لَا خَيْرَ إِلَّا خَيْرَ الْآخِرَهْ ، فَاغْفِرْ لِلْأَنْصَارِ وَالْمُهَاجِرَهْ " ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : كَانَ قَتَادَةُ يَقُولُ هَذَا فِي قَصَصِهِ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: The real good is the good of the Hereafter, or he would say: O Allah! There is no good except the good of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajireen.
