Hadith 13954

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : " إِنْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُلَاطِفُنَا كَثِيرًا ، حَتَّى إِنَّهُ قَالَ لِأَخٍ لِي صَغِيرٍ : يَا أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ ، مَا فَعَلَ النُّغَيْرُ ؟ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to show us much affection, to the extent that he would say to my younger brother, "O Abu Umair! What happened to the Nughair?"
