Hadith 13946

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : أَلَا أُحَدِّثُكُمْ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " يَذْهَبُ الرِّجَالُ ، وَتَبْقَى النِّسَاءُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I will tell you a hadith which I heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and after me, no one will narrate it to you. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that among the signs of the Day of Judgment is that the number of men will decrease and the number of women will increase.
