Hadith 13883

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يُرْفَعَ الْعِلْمُ ، وَيَظْهَرَ الْجَهْلُ ، وَيَقِلَّ الرِّجَالُ ، وَتَكْثُرِ النِّسَاءُ ، حَتَّى يَكُونَ قَيِّمَ خَمْسِينَ امْرَأَةً رَجُلٌ وَاحِدٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) in a marfu’ form that the Hour will not be established until knowledge is taken away, ignorance will prevail, the number of men will decrease and the number of women will increase, to the extent that one man will be responsible for fifty women.
