It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I once saw in a dream that it was as if I had seated a ram behind me, and it was as if the hilt of my sword had broken. I interpreted this to mean that I would kill the standard-bearer of the polytheists (and that a man from my family would also be martyred. Accordingly, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) killed the standard-bearer of the polytheists, Talha bin Abi Talha, and on the other hand, Hazrat Hamza (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred.)
