It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and requested a mount from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "We will mount you on the offspring of a she-camel." He said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! What will I do with the offspring of a she-camel?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Are she-camels born of anything other than camels?"
