Hadith 13613

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْعِنَبِ حَتَّى يَسْوَدَّ ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَبِّ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling fruit before it ripens, grapes before they turn black (into raisins), and wheat before its grain hardens.
