(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ
أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ بَيْضَاءُ حَيَّةٌ ، ثُمَّ يَذْهَبُ الذَّاهِبُ إِلَى الْعَوَالِي ، فَيَأْتِيهَا وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the Asr prayer at such a time that if someone wanted to go to Awali after the prayer, he would go and return, and still the sun would be high.
